Activity:
Associate professor at the faculty of Arts, head of the department of drawing at Siauliai University. Member of the Lithuanian Artists' Association, graphic artist. Author and participant in Lithuanian, personal and international exhibitions (Latvia, Poland, Australia, Sweden). Author of the book “Ţmogaus figűros pieđimas” (Drawing of a man’s figure”).

More about the artist:
“For some time I created ceramic works. I have created five interior ceramic panels for different institutions in Điauliai as well as souvenir - occasion plates, portaits and medals of smaller size. In 1989 I started drawing. For me a pencil is the most attractive and comfortable tool. I take part in exhibitions with the works created in graphite, colouring pencils, pastel, sometimes tempera. Figure compositions are prevailing in my creative works. I like improvising with a woman’s figure, bird silhouettes, their moods...” (I. Ambrazienë)
